After mastering the flavors of his homeland, Chef Hồng moved to Hanoi to pursue his passion for gastronomy. His journey included honing his skills in various esteemed restaurants across Southern Vietnam, where he developed a unique style that marries rustic charm with refined elegance.

Today, Chef Hồng Trần leads the kitchen at this chic gastronomic restaurant,
